- MCMichael CrellinJun 28, 20211.0I bought a kitchen from Magnet IOM approximately 18 months ago. After 12 months the kitchen work tops started chipping and failing. I contacted the sales team in March 2021 to raise the faults and have been pretty much ignored and avoided since. I am forced to call 2/3 times a week and I am constantly waiting for a call back that never comes. Senior Managers will not call you back, they will cancel pre arraigned appointments at the last minute and will effectively ignore you. The whole process has been extremely stressful and is easily the worst customer service experience I have ever received on the Island. It is now 4 months since my initial complaint and I am no closer to getting a resolution.
